• If a brand is already your client and we become aware of that, we won’t pitch them a competing PR retainer.
• When companies come to us looking for ongoing, done-for-you PR, we route that work to partner agencies and freelancers.

Founding agencies get direct access to us in Slack plus email support. We help you with setup (domains, workspaces, first campaigns) and use your feedback to shape the product. Our goal is to feel more like an extension of your team than a generic ticket system.

Heartspace is founded by Sohrab and Nirvana. Sohrab has worked with PR both in-house and at one of Sweden’s leading PR firms, Westander. Together we’ve tested most of the major PR tools on the market and kept running into the same issues: clunky workflows, weak targeting, and tools that didn’t really fit how PR teams actually work.

Heartspace started as the internal tools we wished we had. Now we’re opening them up to agencies that want a modern, AI-native platform built from real PR experience—not just from a developer’s point of view.

Everything in the agency platform: AI-powered content creation, journalist database access, pitch tracking, LinkedIn publishing, press distribution, and multi-client workspace management—within your fair-use limits (emails, contacts, and AI operations) as outlined above. The only add-on is white-label branding. All core features, updates, and new capabilities are included in your one-time license.

The standard Agency License includes our branding. However, a White-Label Add-on is available for Founding Partners. This allows you to map your own domain (e.g., app.youragency.com), add your logo, and customize the color scheme so clients see it as your proprietary platform.

Yes. Many agencies include Heartspace as a value-add in their retainers or charge a separate "technology fee." You have full control over how you price and package access for your clients.

Your Founding Partner license covers unlimited client workspaces. You pay once, then create as many client accounts as you need. There are no per-seat fees or per-client charges—just your one-time payment.

Security is our priority. We use Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure strict data isolation. Each client workspace is cryptographically separate. This means Client A's data, journalist lists, and drafts are completely invisible to Client B, even if they are managed by the same agency admin.

We offer a Fair-Use Policy designed for human teams. Each workspace gets 10,000+ AI-assisted drafts per month—enough for even the most active teams. If you need higher volumes, we can work with you on a custom plan.

Yes. Heartspace includes role-based access control. You can set up agency admins, account managers, and client users with different permission levels. Clients can be given read-only access, draft approval rights, or full editing—whatever fits your workflow.

Your license is valid for a minimum of 5 years, guaranteed. After that, it continues working as long as Heartspace operates the platform. This is a one-time payment—no renewals, no recurring fees. In the unlikely event we shut down, we have an Open-Source Safety Net pledge to release the client code so you can self-host (if legally possible). We're profitable and growing, so this is a safety net, not a likely scenario.
