Sohrab Fadai
Founder and CEO
Sohrab has a background including five years as regional director for Företagarna in Dalarna and PR consultant at Westander. He has also been a societal analyst at Sweden Research and chairman of Young Entrepreneurs of Sweden. Sohrab has extensive strategic and leadership experience including board positions on government commissions. He holds a bachelor's degree in rhetoric from Uppsala University and has written three books. Sohrab has deep expertise in social sustainability with particular focus on labor market, education and business affairs.
Since 2021, Sohrab has also built technical expertise in AI-assisted PR and web development, making Heartspace faster and broader in delivery.
Recent clients include: Länsförsäkringar Fastighetsförmedling, Techarena, LKR, Svenska Naprapatförbundet and others.

What does a collaboration look like in practice?▼
We take responsibility for the entire PR delivery. You provide input and approve, we write, pitch, place and follow up. Most clients spend 2–3 hours per month.
What results can we expect?▼
We start executing from month one. That builds journalist contacts, completed activities and insights that lead to better strategy. Instead of getting stuck in planning for three months, we deliver results continuously.
What does it cost?▼
Three packages: Standard (€3,900/mo), Professional (€5,400/mo) and Advanced (€6,900/mo). Fixed prices with execution included. All prices excl. VAT. Three months upfront at start. We also take individual project assignments.
Is there a commitment period?▼
After the three-month initial period you can cancel at any time with one month's notice.
Can the packages be customized?▼
Yes. The packages are starting points. We customize based on your needs.
