United Fintech Appoints Rupsa Mukherjee as Head of M&A

United Fintech has appointed Rupsa Mukherjee as its Head of Mergers & Acquisitions, a strategic leadership role intended to accelerate the company's growth. Mukherjee brings 13 years of corporate finance and investment banking experience to the position, gained from previous roles at Goldman Sachs, Caterpillar, and Deutsche Bank. During her career, she advised on M&A transactions totaling over US$20 billion. In her new capacity, Mukherjee will collaborate with the executive team to identify potential acquisition targets, develop strategic frameworks, and structure transactions. CEO Christian Frahm lauded her "combination of M&A discipline and fintech fluency." This appointment underscores United Fintech's continued expansion, which has included the acquisition of six capital markets software companies and a commitment to further strategic acquisitions.
