Åsa Rangert Derolf Appointed as New Area Manager at SÖS

Åsa Rangert Derolf is stepping down as Chairman of the NT Council, the council for new therapies, to assume a new role as Area Manager at Södersjukhuset in Stockholm. She will be one of two area managers responsible for overseeing medical specialties. This appointment is part of a restructured management framework being implemented at Södersjukhuset at the beginning of the new year. The new organizational structure establishes a management tier comprising four area managers. Ms. Derolf currently serves as Head of the Pharmaceuticals Unit at the Health and Medical Care Administration for Region Stockholm. Prior to this, she held several leadership positions at Karolinska University Hospital.
